About

Monte Tucker is a fourth generation farmer and rancher from Sunny Point Oklahoma where blowing sand meets red rock (near Sweetwater, OK which is smack dab in-between Oklahoma City and Amarillo, TX).  He has obtained a lot of BS and a degree from Oklahoma State University.  Along with his wife, Danielle and 3-yr old son Mason, he farms wheat and grass and runs cow-calf, stocker and feedlot cattle.  Monte began his mission for common sense in the late fall of 2006 through a weekly article which to his high school English teacher’s surprise, has grown into an exciting adventure. Monte continues to seek true understanding of what cows and politicians are really thinking, as well as being an astute spokesperson for armadillos and old feed trucks.
